When you contact us, we may process your name, email address, subject and message. Standard hosting logs may also contain IP address, device/browser information, requested pages and timestamps for security and service operation.
3. Why we process it
We use contact data to answer enquiries and manage potential partnerships or service requests. Technical logs are processed for security, reliability and fraud prevention. Where consent is required by law, we rely on consent; otherwise processing may rely on legitimate interests or steps requested before entering a contract.
4. Hosting and external services
The website may be hosted by Netlify or a comparable infrastructure provider. Contact form data may therefore be processed by the hosting provider on our behalf. The site also links to external club, festival and travel websites. Their own privacy notices apply when you leave this site.
5. Images and external resources
Some venue photography in this build is loaded from official Zrće Beach sources. Loading an externally hosted image can disclose technical request information such as IP address to the image host. For production, licensed venue imagery should preferably be stored on the site’s own CDN.
6. Retention and rights
We keep enquiries only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which they were received and for applicable legal or business record requirements. Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection. You may also contact the Croatian supervisory authority for data protection.
7. Marketing
We do not sell personal data. We do not add a contact-form sender to marketing communications without an appropriate legal basis or consent.
